Emirati racer Alia Abdel Salam Fairouz is preparing to participate in the Formula 4 World Powerboat Championship in Italy on September 16, in addition to the Norway International Round scheduled for August 15.

Alia Abdel Salam is the first Emirati woman to join the Formula 4 Marine competitions at the international level, achieving new achievements in the name of Emirati women’s sports.
The announcement of these international participations came today during the signing ceremony of an official sponsorship agreement for the Emirati champion by the “Nirvana Holding” group, in cooperation with “9 Yards Communications”, as part of the two companies’ commitment to supporting national competencies and empowering Emirati women in various fields.
Omar Al Ali, CEO of “Nirvana Holding”, confirmed that sponsoring the Emirati champion embodies the group’s vision in supporting the first female competitor to represent the country in Formula Marine races, and enabling her to participate effectively in international forums. For her part, competitor Alia Abdul Salam expressed her appreciation for this sponsorship, which represents a significant incentive to compete for the best results in upcoming tournaments and to present a distinguished and honorable image of the capabilities of Emirati women in international sporting events.
